Jesus raised a widow's son from the dead Luke 7:11-17
Jesus went to a town called Nain. As he came closer to the gate of the town, was a man who was dead and being carried out of the town. Next to the man was a widow, and a small amount of people. And when God saw her, he said, "Do not weep." He went up to the bier and the bearers stood still. He said, "Young man, I say to you arise." And the young man arose and began to speak, and Jesus gave the young man to the woman. Fear had stopped growing in everyone, and they started praising God saying, "A great prophet has arisen among us!" This action spread all around Judea and all the surrounding country.
This lesson taught me that if I am in need of help, I can always ask God to help me. What I learned is you can always trust God with your life.
